KMA Accountancy Business Survival ToolkitKMA Accountancy V3 COVID-19 Business Survival Toolkit

What a week it has been in the UK, with daily announcements on the spiralling impact of The Coronavirus COVID-19.

So, we thought we’d revise all the announcements from the week into one helpful KMA Accountancy COVID-19 Business survival toolkit version 3 now!  The best way to use this checklist is to read and tick as appropriate and decide which measures are worth investigating for you!

As we come to the end of the first week of children being at home and life changing beyond all recognition for most of us.

Here is the KMA Accountancy COVID-19 Business survival Toolkit for you to download.  Use the checklist to mark off, if that idea works for you and your business.

Use the time you do have to really re-connect with your business.  You could consider the following questions:-

  • Does the business really work for me and fulfil everything I want in terms of money, lifestyle and the reward for the hours I put in?
  • Have I updated my business plan recently?  If not, now is the perfect time.
  • Have I got my business processes documented.  Am I happy that they are the right processes for my business going forward?
  • Do I know who my best customers are and why?
  • Do I know where my customers come from (which marketing pillar)?
  • Do I know my return on my marketing spend?  What works best, why and how much it costs?
  • Do I understand and have clarity on my numbers?  Do I have a clear plan of what I need to do after this is over and things return back to normality?
