Poor customer service… What a simple mistake!
You would think that every company, big or small, would understand the importance of customer service.
However, whilst searching on a big PLC’s website it was clear to me that this simply is not the case.
There is just no excuse for poor customer service, whether you are a small business or a massive PLC!
