Hi, everyone. We’re coming close to the end now. And for W, we’re talking about workflows. In all honesty, a lot of us could do with redesigning our workflow to be more efficient.

I’d recommend adopting a continuous process improvement initiative, or CPI for short. This means drawing up the process for how things are made now, and finding ways to reduce the steps in the process. Fewer steps mean lower costs, and lower costs often resulted in higher profits. Create your ideal process map and detailed actions to get your operations from the current to the future states. This will generally be advantageous for your bottom line. Some tips to manage your workflow more effectively are only take responsibility for what you can handle, always finish what you start, measure productivity.

Hope these help.
